Incidence COVID 19 and snakebites in Indonesia very highest in the world. 2020 until 2021 over than over than 5 million people and mortality over 1 million , this period many snakebites also,over than 1 thousand incidence and 100 death caused. Indonesia only have 1 polyvalen antivenom for treatment snakebites covered 5 species from 77 venomous species and 1 polyvalen imported from Australia for venomous snakes in Papua with Mollucas. Many problem caused snakebitess ,working in agricultur and palm oil area or show and attraction about not job in pandemic situation and many schools closed caused many children bitten snakes in play area.Method a cross-sectional qualitative study design was used, comprising an open-ended survey and interviews among key stakeholders, physician whose work contributes to snakebite prevention or care. Data collection march 2020 until August 2021 .Result from 9 province in Indonesia with incidence , mortality high in covid and snakebite have many innovation from physician and stakeholder to prevention and care this cases.Tracing,test,isolation and treatment mix in this snakebites cases with positive COVID 19.Discussion Programs negeleted cases important in Indonesia in Ministry of health ,in Pandemic COVID 19 this policy helped many people with CoVID19 and snakebites cases.Mitigation ,mapping area of snakebite and area risks with hazard venomous snake very important in plan managemenet disaster Indonesia special condition snakebites in Indonesia many cases from snakeshow and attraction need law to handle this condition.
